Guess what Eric, Al is updating! The wait is unbearable, I peed my pants.

Today is my last day as a workload coordinator. I’m off to being a service management analyst. I’m not quite sure what my last title meant.. and I’m not quite sure what my new title means.. I’m joking, I know exactly what they mean :/
